Add docs/architecture.md with a simple diagram and explanation of the planned SmartPark browser interface, Node.js/Express application, and data store.

Clearly label which SmartPark components are proposed and which services are already deployed. Describe Gitea separately as the team's source-control and issue-tracking service.

Done when a pull request linked to this issue is reviewed by a teammate, merged, and this issue is closed.
