Add docs/verification.md with a repeatable checklist for checking the Gitea HTTPS address, certificate, firewall exposure, container restart, and repository/issue persistence.

For each check, provide spaces for the test date, expected result, actual result, and evidence link. Include only results that were actually tested; do not mark planned checks as passed.

Done when a pull request linked to this issue is reviewed by a teammate, merged, and this issue is closed.
