Documents the Stevens SmartPark Gitea deployment, pinned Compose configuration, HTTPS routing, firewall rules, persistence test, ACME staging dry run, and verified backup and restore. The GitHub Student Developer Pack domain offer was not claimed; the current nip.io hostname is temporary.
